Do we have to change our booking app?
No. Pista works with the app your club already uses. Where that app allows it, Pista reads the bookings and checks every lesson against them. Where it doesn't, Pista gives your front desk a short checklist and never pretends to be connected.
Which countries and languages?
Pista is built for academies anywhere: Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia, with each region's payments, messaging apps and rules. The product launches in English and is built to run in 20 languages, from Spanish and Arabic to Thai and Japanese, as each one is translated.
Who holds the money?
You do. Payments go into your own provider account (Stripe, Mollie, Xendit and others) or straight to your bank. Pista records and matches them; it never holds your funds.
Where is our data, and can we take it with us?
It's stored in your region, kept separate from every other academy, and exportable as CSV at any time. Students can be removed on request, in line with GDPR and local privacy laws.
Do we pay for the AI?
Not to us. You connect the AI you already use (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or others). Chat runs on your own subscription; agents that work on their own use your API key, with a monthly limit you choose.
When does Pista launch?
We are building with the founding academies now. Launch follows once five academies have run a full month-end on Pista without surprises.
Is Pista only for padel?
Padel first, because that's what we know best. The same system fits tennis and pickleball academies, and they're next.
